Webhost Manager decided to be strange and just spazz out and eat up all the CPU for the server, so none of the PHP stuff could work. I rebooted the server, and it all seems to work now. I have no idea when this started, as it was working this morning when I got up, but when I came home after bowling and took a nap, I noticed it wasn't working when I got up.
