Actually, Holsety does that better than Torhammer because Adept's activation rate in FE4 is (Attack Speed +20)%. And then there's also WTA.Hasn't looked up the activation rates for FE4 skills. And I will always prefer Thor Hammer over Holsety. Would kill Florina if she appeared as a recruitable enemy Period.
