And even Ulki has pretty decent chances of dodging them. He has like 30-50% display hits to Ulki's 10-30% around Part 3. Janaff is slightly better because his base Atk gets him to 1RKO up to 3-10 without needing an Energy Drop, whereas Ulki needs either that or Adept.
