And low PP doesn't help. I don't see why you mentioned Focus Punch, since it has 100 accuracy. I'd hate to lose a battle I was winning because Stone Edge or Focus Blast missed. Also, the chance that Focus Blast will hit twice in a row is less than 50%. Think about it; Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Surf, and Ice Beam are preferred over Thunder, Fire Blast, Hydro Pump, and Blizzard because of more PP and better accuracy. Likewise, Aura Sphere beats the snot out of Focus Miss and its *BLEEP* 70 accuracy, which is why many Smogonites clamor for it to be on the likes of Alakazam.
