Not to mention that she's a delightful scheming, planning sort of villian, but she can also back that up with raw strength, and psychic badassery. Reganis Posted March 13, 2009 Share Posted March 13, 2009 Sephiroth. He was a hero, till he found out about the experiments Shinra did to him. So he gets pissed, burns down a village, rescues his "mother" but then gets killed by Cloud. 4 years later, hes back, now he wants to destroy the world (and he came SO close) but Cloud kills him, again. 2 years later still, his genes cause a lot of kids to get sick and die. later, he comes back to life, again and duels Cloud. Also, there's Kefka, Exdeath, Zeromus(Golbez my ass, that guy was the real deal),Bison,Akuma,Gill,Orochi("better" than Rugal in some ways), and last but not least: This man Oh, and the villain of Live-a-Live.
