Best versions of FE music

Which is your favorite song in each category? The links to the different music pages are below, but you'll have to find the actual songs yourself. FE1+FE2, FE3, FE4, FE6, FE7, FE8, FE9, FE10, FE11

And I don't know the names of many of the older songs, and I've never played the ones with *'s so I'm not sure if they are the right songs. Let me know if you can.

For me, I like the FE7 battle music and the FE11 recruitment music (though FE10 is close).

Ally attack is FE4's main attack music, not recruitment.

Recruitment is FE4's recruitment theme.

Also, I like Come, Join Us and The Devoted.

And the recruitment theme of FE4 is Fellow People.

FE5 Join Us is my favorite recruitment theme, and FE4 Ally Attack is favorite battle theme. : >

IIRC, when you recruit someone in FE2, you get a little music jingle when they join your party.

It is not in my opinion that Strike is unfitting and terrible. The instrument choices are laughable and the song is poorly constructed, it sounds like it was made by a 2 year old

You can't prove bad music with a link on the internet, it is proved by carefully listening to the music and deciphering its meaning and seeing if it fits with what the music is used for. Strike is NOT something you would play in an intense battle, it is something you would play at some fancy upbeat masquerade ball.

I was always quite fond of both themes from Thracia 776.

I would say this list needs:

"Decisive Attack" from FE9. The attack theme for the secound half of the game.

"A Knight's Oath" from FE7. A alternate reruiting theme for knights like Isadora or Wallace.

By the way, aren't the recruiting themes of FE9 and FE10 the exact same one?

Oh, well my vote goes to: "FE11 Come, Join us" and "Decisive Attack"...if it will be added.
