Without the Dragon Lance Dean isn't that great. He does have A swords though, but... And I've just realized I shouldn't Warp/Flier skip 15 anyway and take a penalty since I have to wait around and have Mareeta learn Astra. Astra's just overpowered when you have 5 PCC, Mareeta's Sword and Luna. You really don't need it that much.
