Our DM decided to TPK us and then make us play low-level copies of our previous characters We complained that'd be boring, so he made it so we'd play copies of other players' characters instead - a vastly superior choice, I might add, as he made an effort to assign polar opposites. As such, I got a lookalike of the cleric I was always at odds with, and decided to just go and mimic his worst habits. I got good laughs from his original player's reactions. This one once cast Hold Person on my mage so he could have a crown that boosted Int, shortly after I had saved his butt from a pursuing demon And all just because that crown emitted an eerie light that made his face look somber You heard me right, he kept a magic item for fucking looks I'm that one weird guy who likes Metropolis and Labyrinth.
