Dio is Joker. Explanation not needed. Pilot is the Penguin because he owns a top hat. Nightmare is Ra's al Ghul because I think that would be awesome. Penguin isn't so bad. He has the unique aspect of being one of the few Batman villains that is actually sane, not to mention that he also forges a strange alliance of sorts with Batman. Although, I suppose you and Freohr could be Dee Dee from Batman Beyond, but then you'd have to change your gender. Oh, and Sirius would be Mr. Freeze.
