The original line was roughly "Who's going to heal us when we get injured?" so he added some flavour by doing something like "Who's going to heal us when we take an arrow in the knee?". As for "come at me bros" he actually didn't realize it was like a meme/joke thing... It's not really even a meme, is it? It's more of a phrase or a saying that's been popularized.
