I wouldn't want to be relying on something as inaccurate as FE8 Luna for a bosskiller, now would I? Also, low skill doesn't mean much when you're using accurate weaponry (See: Natasha).

I see a double standard. Hit doesn't mean much... Unless you're using it to criticize a weapon. Low skill doesn't mean much... If you have an accurate weapon. Let's turn that around.

Having dark magic would be cool and all... but for the fact that this is FE8, where Luna's worthless, and the other dark tomes that aren't Flux are mega-heavy. Also, when exactly will Ewan get enough skill that Luna's Hammer-level hit isn't a detriment? Near the end of the game?

I understand and you have a good point, but I still love it because it tends to be a boss killer, especially in the end game.

Which is another problem. Since it's near the end of the game, all I need to do to win is break out Sacred Twins or Bishops. AKA, there's no real niche for Luna in FE8.
