They were exp-shared and trained at victory road by a level 75 team veteran who basically oneshots everything. They have the exact same happiness parameters otherwise. Okay, Lumi, remember this is based on Gen V, so there might be some differences for X/Y. First of all, every time you walk 128 steps there is a chance that the happiness will increase, so two pokemon that have walked the same amount of steps with you one might actually get less points then the other. Second, if you are at the place where you met/hatched the pokemon, they will get +1 to their happiness every time you do something that increases it.
