I've been on a 10 month payment plan, with each payment on the first of every month that we made sure to get every payment in days before the actual due date. Then again, the tuition management system might have been glitched, cause I'm not the only one who's been having problems with late fees. The receptionist checked my plan, showing that I did make the payments, yet they werent shown on my account for some reason. Only to find out that when creating the plan, misspelled my own ID number by the last digit, which is why they didnt get anything, and the TMS was just hanging on to my money with nowhere to send it to.
