Besides what Rei Rei said, it's not just that, but it has more stuff than it should. There are a lot of forced, awful, dumb filler scenes. The soundtrack is uninteresting at best. Everything is stretched to infinity both as a result of how part 3 is and how they wanted to fill up those ~20 minutes. Egregiously, some of the humour has been changed to make it less funny, some as a consequence of the aforementioned, and some they did deliberately for no real reason. derp I told you dog.
