I usually do this: Open the top right door and block it with an archer character with a good defense and put a healer behind him. The Lenster knights should go there and attack you. The faceless soldiers can usually be killed if they go near a wall. If they don't, use a long range magic. Open the left top door and carry each child to the right soldier.
