Cap of the Miiiiiiiiiind Basically you have to find the stairs to the level 3 first. Once this is done, open the door to the Butcher and lead him over there. You might have to circle the stairs for a lap, but if it's successful, the Butcher will be stuck as if he was trying to go to level 3 and you'll be able to freely shoot him from behind the staircase.
