You say you're his friend; therefore, I don't see why being called his female version should actually offend you. I am no more alike Dio than I am you; I share personality traits with a multitude of people, does that make me a version of all of them too? "Oh, she and Dio are similar in one or two ways" is different from "OMG let's give her stupid and juvenile nicknames and then change her account name without permission" Like I said, I don't appreciate it.
