When the war ended the emperor wanted to award her for the things she's done, but all she wanted was the swiftest horse he's got, and she returned home. Her comrades came to visit her, and it's then that they find out that she's actually a woman. So no matchmakers and no Li Sheng. And no jackass chancellor guy.
