I believe it was like that in the original as well. I'm pretty sure you do, but I forget how much he has. I know you get more leadership stars yourself. But from what I gather and guess, Arthur and Sety are arguing about Tinny (obvious). I think Sety want to have a private time with her, but Arthur refuses. Shouting match happened and Tinny suddenly said she is actually with Selis. Later those two men became friends and went out drinking their sorrow. Or something like that. I don't see his name in the list. He's kinda crap, but he brings (I think) Volcannon, Reserve, Physic and Recover. He's fairly sluggish. Possibly removed. I had to tweak around in the code to make him recruitable since Karin was replaced by Fee. Google a Double Down sandwich.
