James Bond
It is not suffering, at least for now... but it is ok
shadowofchaos
Yo TE, Japanese question. "Hashiri Tsuzukeru" in the lyrics. "To continue" doing something, is it stem form of the verb, then tsuzuku? Just like how in that, it's to "continue running"?
TheEnd
It is not suffering, at least for now... but it is ok May that non-suffering last, then Yo TE, Japanese question. "Hashiri Tsuzukeru" in the lyrics. "To continue" doing something, is it stem form of the verb, then tsuzuku? Just like how in that, it's to "continue running"? I'm not sure what you're asking, since you already seem to have an answer But it's really tsuzukeru (nanika o tsuzukeru, to continue/keep on doing something) and not tsuzuku (nanika ga tsuzuku, something continues/goes on)
shadowofchaos
Err... like... say in English. "I can't stop eating." How would that go?

TheEnd
You know there's a zillion ways of saying that, and the ones I can readily think of aren't very likely to be the most natural-sounding ones But I can't remember actually seeing 食べ続けられない or any other something-tsuzukeru negative anywhere, so I don't know if it can be used like that If your question is about form though, ます形 - ます + 続ける, yeah Edited October 10, 2012 by TheEnd

Icon of Sin
Meanwhile, I'm not fond of Japanese food Curry rice and miso aside I've had Thai red curry yesterday. Wasn't as spicy as I expected (I tend to dump a cup or two of spicy sauce in it), probably due to the coconut milk. But it was pretty tasty! Fei Mao
I prefer Chinese food myself as well, that is because I don't like seafood in general, but sashimi with salmon is greatmy girlfriend loves japanese food though... Awesome. Clearly Brazilian-inspired Amazing. Speaking of food most of the time when eating Japanese food I either eat Ramen, Udon, and Miso don't like the raw stuff.
