Narancia and Mista were cool, and Buccellati was kind of badass at times. Abbacchio is my favourite grizzled ex-cop at the age of...20. I'll agree on Risotto being pretty cool too, but Diavolo...I couldn't really feel him. He wasn't very convincing, I thought. Definitely less convincing than the villains that came before him. Diavolo's power was so broken that it took a Deus Ex Machina to beat it. It was also a really jerkish thing. Even Diavolo doesn't deserve to keep dying and dying forever! EDIT: Oh yeah, Fugo.
