Well, he does look quite feminine with the long hair and the prettiness. Even in Final Fantasy IV, a male NPC in Troia mistakenly hits on Cecil, then realizes he's a guy. Anyways, enjoy the Cecil avatar/sig while it lasts, because it's about to change into Denpa Men later on... I apologize in advance if I scar any of you for life with images of Denpa Men.
