Well, you always loose when all your Warriors get defeated, or you take too long to win if you're the attacker. For the maps with banners, you loose if the enemy takes them all. It asks you to save after every battle, but you can refuse. ah, so the game isn't TOO tedious in that respect... I didn't say that either. Thankfully I'm not really that into Sims stuff. I tried a few games and they were fun, but I still got bored. Thank my depression? Oooohhh... I've been playing without animations so...
