Hatari
Have you ever studied a second or third language Took French for 5 years. Was actually pretty good at it, but it was through classes in school. I've been using music as a way to study Korean until I can find an actual place and time to properly learn it. There are about 4-5 languages I would like to learn right now. Though, all the anime I watched...helped with the untranslated parts of the new Wolverine movie. I was able to recognize certain words when spoken and get the general meaning of what they were saying. There were A LOT of untranslated parts in that movie, which surprised me. Sunwoo
I started to re-learn Korean by listening to Kim Kyung Ho. EDIT: Actually, that's kind of a lie. I've been trying to re-learn Korean since maybe late high school years, which is about seven years before I heard of him. Point stands, though, that my Korean is improving by listening to his songs. Hatari
I started to re-learn Korean by listening to Kim Kyung Ho. Shinee, U-Kiss, Beast, Super Junior, TVQX, I can keep going, but it's probably not worth it. and that's just the boy bands, haven't even started listing the female ones

They're okay, but I only like SOME of their songs. Also, lol soc. I saw what you did in that other thread

Hatari
I've only heard of Shinee and Super Junior. They're okay, but I only like SOME of their songs. Also, lol soc. I saw what you did in that other thread Lol, Shinee is probably my favorite with Beast, U-Kiss and Super Junior tying for second. U-kiss sings in Japanese too, so it always takes me a second to identify the language. Though there are a few songs I prefer in Japanese (tick-tock/tick-tack) and some I prefer in Korean (Opera)
Tao
Why not a change of pace then This is the change? I kinda got bored after Maou ended. :C /belatedresponse.
Hatari
Okay because I'm super srs face Those are character and guide book types though. The actual story still takes place on the board no? Then why are you so fucking surprised It has to do with the stupid question and my lack of knowledge about D&D.
Kon
I'm a spy for reading the thread? ;~; And I still don't understand why I'm a Kon artist... I've been wanting to learn Japanese for a while, but only having mostly fansubbed anime as a major resource hasn't gotten me very far, obviously. Though there are a few songs I prefer in Japanese (tick-tock/tick-tack) and some I prefer in Korean (Opera) Korean boy bands are okay, but I guess I'm more drawn to the rock type of music that Kim Kyung Ho sings. But yeah, listening to bands is probably a good way to learn a new language (or re-learn it). I think Opera was the first SJ song I heard, and I heard it when playing BoardGame. Vashiane
I learned English from D&D. Your turn. I think you're begging for it. Quote it and I'll explain, if possible My 2nd edition library takes offense in that claim Tch. Please. ... Never mind. It really isn't that important. Plus, trying to read all of these posts and playlog at the same time is starting to give me a headache. Or maybe it's my siblings. I don't know. I think she'll always carve some time out for that. Completely off-topic, but of all the ads to randomly pull up Firefox, you give me THIS? What the...? I don't know whether to laugh or feel a LITTLE bit paranoid. Edited August 12, 2013 by Vashiane
