Rerolling = making a new character You probably didn't get enough defensive (especially life) nodes, which might make facing merciless quite hard You usually need to be ready to spend dozens of orbs to get a 4L ;_; And I never even got to more than 30 fusings in my stash So is it harder to get good items in PoE or D2? Well, not even flasks break in PoE The main point would be crafting, though For instance, I found my current helmet as a white item with undesirable socket colors So I raised its quality with armorers', upgraded it to a rare with an alchemy orb (thankfully it was a decent roll), and changed its sockets by burning chromatics The possibility of editing meh drops certainly makes it easier to get better items Not to mention the shared stash... though mods and D3 have that too Oh yeah, the fact every class can use every item helps too Fuck you D2 exclusives Edited August 16, 2013 by OldMan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm close to some life nods... Within 8 levels, I can get 20 strength, +20 life, +42%... I guess I should gather a considerable amount instead of using them right away.
