wait you are being serious

disgrace on your cow too

I'm quite serious.

Culture is a very complex thing.

Even Chinese-American culture will probably differ greatly from mainland Chinese culture.

And the best way to learn about each of those cultures is to immerse yourself in them. Bond with the people. See how they live through their eyes.

The alternative is that people learn to accept and tolerate the many cultures in this globalized world.

I have a Shiny Butterfree.

In... HeartGold. -_-'

Yay!

A reasonable misinterpretation, yes.

That's impossible. Especially if your definition of "culture" is more defined. After having lived abroad for 5 years, I believe the best and most fruitful way to understand a culture is not by merely "learning," but "living" the culture. Immersion is of the utmost importance.

That's why I want to go to Japan. To experience the culture first-hand.

Yes.

I do already understand them well. Once knowing at least some of their language that is.

Ha ha...

I'm not going to extract the secrets like cum out of a man's penis. If you want to find out how their personality, etc is...study the language yourself.

^This

It is the only other way of knowing their society.
