Yeah, I noticed that... I think she does that because she's supposedly always nervous/timid

I don't like the shiny Poliwrath either, but I like the shiny Poitoed

But shiny Politoed is bluee~

And huh, that's so weird that Jigglypuff can't learn Moonblast naturally. Then how does Calem's Clefable have Moonblast?

Because the Clefairy line is much more connected to the Moon than the Jigglypuff line...?
