Whoa. :o That's really impressive Integ!

I'm only fluent in English, but I'd LOVE to learn Italian. I don't even know why Italian of all languages, I'm just so... charmed by it. The way it sounds, the ways the words look on a page. Italian is just... beautiful.

it's only two languages. really, it's not all that impressive!

italian would be super neat to learn. we should learn it together sometime. :o

i have a casual interest in languages

I just don't show it much but I try

Just one of the languages I want to learn is

well

really fucking hard and I don't know where to even start in self-teaching it

It's not Italian where I can bullshit by sometimes considering that I used to be a proficient Latin translator (I forgot some vocab and might have to look up the harder grammar bits these days but I still got it)

It's something completely new for me and looks quite complex too :c

And I can't pronounce most of it but I guess I do a better job than most non-speakers of that language family (still godawful though) and I'm trying to learn the pronounciation but I think I'll always have a Chinese accent

I have a Chinese accent speaking non-English foreign languages

I am taking Italian next semester in college tho \o/

It's two languages to my one. Still impressive.

Buono! We should, Integ! :)

My Italian is basically all swearwords right now but if you give me a grammar sheet and a dictionary I can probably form simple sentences

Romance languages structures shouldn't be significantly different from Latin enough to throw me off my game

I live on long island im fucked :c

I think I'm safe 800 meters from the sea level

Damn. That's hi-

Oh wait, I lived 1200 meters above sea level for four years. -_-;

But now I'm back next to the sea, yay! \o/

...And then the ice caps are going to melt and DC is going to be covered in water.

As well as all of Florida and San Francisco.

Tokyo won't fair well either.

Regarding that sea level I'd still withheld judgement until at least see what's gonna be once factoring the next Solar Minima...

For all you guys know we could probably go among another small Ice Age like what happened in the 17th-18th centuries...

i'm fucked if the water goes over the upper city since it's somewhat shaped like a valley and i'm not that far from the lowest points

i forget how tall it is, but i'm guessing in the neighborhood of fifty to one hundred meters

I beat you all, my city is as low as 3 meters below sea level... though I have no idea of my actual altitude. Either way, I still think it's still too soon to get the scuba diving gear.

Maryland's nice...

It wasn't really hit by the recession.

I also dropped 10 more dolla dollaz on Awakening DLC somebody stop me

Try to justify your purchases by thinking, "At least I didn't import a Japanese copy of Awakening, buying all the DLC on both that and my American copy and anything Awakening-related."

*italiano?

It's the closest I get to using my Latin man

I'm in a field where the only languages we care about uses an abundance of ; and {}

yes you know what I meant okay typo sorry

LOL

The language that I have to take for the next 6 months just uses an abundance of moonrunes and chinapictures.
