Particularly black ice. GA isn't exactly regularly equipped to deal with that, and driving when it's icy is just fucking dangerous. Atlanta also has a lot of bridges and the like, which I think freeze even faster. Snow isn't the main thing. Thats just cute and fun. It's the ice that's caused everything to shut down.
