Con/BLD has a growth rate in that game (and the Neir scroll, if I remember correctly, boosts it by 10), but the stat has no effect on tome weight. Nah Two hearts gives an exp bonus at least, half of my team is at that Only Jenni and Freohr have 5 hearts I never knew Gardevoir could hit so hard I could get them all or I could try finishing the game! Or I could satisfy my urges of getting cute girls suspiciously similar to some people I know dressing cute things by booting Pokémon X minus Pokémon!
