In particular, I enjoy fried caramelized onions because the oil makes it taste better I think! re:onions oh I haven't tried many types of onions but onions are great! I never tried caramelizing them mmmmmm must try some time. what do they go well with? French onion soup! A lot of Iranian dishes use them to great effect too.
