Like it has the GBA bonus content without the music being GBA soundfont? but idk for sure, probably best to go with that one. It also comes with The After Years on PSP iirc, but SE is money-hungry and you have to buy them separate on PC, so I'd say PSP "Complete Collection" is the one to go for.
