another reason to learn moonrunes

working designs was very well known for their... colorful translations, back in a simpler time when checking the source material was highly impractical in many ways

another fun thing i learned a while ago: the ff8 translation team used gameshark for getting lines because they weren't given anything to work off of

i don't feel bad about them replacing a good portion of squall's lines with "whatever" now
