Then comes back like, almost at the end of the game. Also, Eyvel's stats are similar to Swordmaster George's in FEDS. Okay. ...finished chapter 1... Basically, when you double attack, your critical rate is multiplied by that character's PCC. And yes, characters like Othin and Halvan have 3 & 4 respectively, and you'll get more characters with at least 2. I know that Fergus (awesome name) has 5 PCC and I was like "whoh, gonna abuse this now." Oh, and Othin has Wrath. Wrath ALWAYS ACTIVATES. Enjoi ur enemy phase.
