Although Fusion would be a distand 2nd, IMO. I consider Prime 1, Prime 2, Zero Mission, Super Metroid, and even Metroid 2 to be better than Fusion. Fusion was too linear for my tastes (Metroid 2 was also linear, but it didn't feel like Fusion), and going for 100% was a waste IMO (74 Power bombs? Why the hell do I need all that when you won't even need 20 in that game?). I did like the Nightmare fight and running from the SA-X though.
