I gotcha. =P A girl, roughly my age, trying to enter a competition in Fortree Gym three days from the fanfic's setting. Pokemon, if neither "Fortree" nor "Gym" ring a bell. But it's much more complicated than that. Annnnnnnd here's a more in-depth synopsis of the story if anyone really cares. Lea, age 14, is beautiful, clever, and quick on her feet. She desires to enter a Pokemon competition in Fortree Gym, because she's fond of Pokemon and everyone in school will be there (she's a bit cold, yet social). However, three problems stand in her way: She doesn't have a Pokemon, her mother hates Pokemon and forbids here, and herself. She can't handle violence. She literally feels ill when she sees others in pain. Lea may be clever, but fate seems to want to throw everything it's got at her in that time.
