Yes, we often play on the same server with Nades, Sniper Rifles and pistols only but we'd go to a different server if we ever feel like it. Back in my undergrad lan partying days, girls were always welcome to join our Starcaft or Halo matches, though only a couple ever did so. Considering the varying skill levels in the group, they seemed to do alright too, from what I can recall anyway. Computer spec issues are a different matter entirely, though. In brawl, the guys I play with tend to get really really mad whenever I won, so hence the reason I started using random characters instead of sticking with the Marth/blue pokemon puppy etc...aka, people I'm really really good with.
