STAB Flamethrower+Dragon Pulse would be a very deadly combination, hitting everything not named Heatran. And with Ground immunity, Electric resistance, Ice neutrality, and Water neutrality, it would be very good dual typing if you ask me. Only problem is the SR weakness.
