Her avaibility isn't as good as Neph, meaning she won't get enough time to train as Neph does, Neph also bears better concrete durability, the Mov difference isn't that big. And don't forget what I last said, Marcia's avaibility is worse, it will actually take her longer to SS-rank lances, she'd have to kill many, many enemies in her joining chapter by herself. Nephenee has better time SS rank. This, my friends, is blatant bullshit. Relative to the rest of the FE series, melee Beorc in RD are pretty much livin' it up on easy street as far as WEXP is concerned, and Soul has to go and post something like... that.
