BTW this neck is horrible and really doesn't fit with how the head is positionned. Oh and is this for Chalis' project which I said I would make some sprites for? I totally forgot about it. So basically you make a team of level 100 pokemon and create movesets they're capable of having in the handheld Pokemon games and then battle other people, amirite? So basically you make a team of level 100 pokemon and create movesets they're capable of having in the handheld Pokemon games and then battle other people, amirite?
