That was included when I said "improved Roy". Roy: Rough start, either doesn't get out of it or leaves for a bit and goes into meh/pointless to use. Ike: Rough start, gets out quickly like you said but then pointless to use when he's Lv 20 and yer waiting for promo. Roy: Sword of Seals = fucking awesome. Ike: Ragnell = Fucking Awesome. But I personally don't care about the uses on the Sword of Seals due to the fact that I just pretty much save my Hammerene staff for that sword, there's really not much you could use Hammerene on in FE6 other than the Warp/Rescue staves.
