Tatsumaki
Ok, I was in Chapter 7 in my H1 playthrough and decided to get some extra exp for Barst by chucking a few Hand Axes at Minerva. Ok, no problem. Minerva then uses Hauteclere to restore her HP a couple of times, so it's at 17/20 durability. Then here comes Chapter 10. I see Minerva again (of course), only to find the Hauteclere back at 20/20 uses. What. Ok ok, how did it get back to full durability? Minerva used it three times to heal herself back in Chapter 7. That meant that it was supposed to remain at 17/20 uses in Chapter 10. -Could there actually be two versions of Hauteclere? -Or is it the game's fault for not remembering how many times Hauteclere was used and instead just resetting the durability? Ϲharlie
I would presume that the game doesn't keep track of how many times it was used. This actually isn't all that uncommon. =\
Dr. Tarrasque
Guess they just fixed her Chapter 10 start that way as opposed to programming it to retrieve the data like they did with Ephraim and co in FE8.
cheezperson
Don't complain ^_^ It's probably just the way the game was made.
Blacknight9
Don't complain ^_^ It's probably just the way the game was made. yep yep, also u can assume she could have gotten it fixed at some forge, she wasn't ttraveling all around like you are( she does but she flies so it doesn't take long ok), os mabey she had the free time to get it fixed
Robert
Why wouldn't you want it at 20/20 durability?
Nestling
It was late at night, and Lena was behind a tree doing...stuff...when a female version of Ronald McDonald on an overgrown lizard came straight towards her and threw a staff at her. Lena wasn't knocked out and got back up, but she was still doing her...stuff...so she sat down, and held the staff in front of her. As Ronald McDonaldess was going away, she dropped her axe, and the magic staff fixed it. Because little pieces of shiny wood can do that. Then she picked it up, not knowing that she could use it 3 more times before it broke. Lena finished her buisness and walked back to camp, forgetting the staff. Mr. Old pedo man found the staff and took it back to his village, The United States of America. He tried using the staff to fix the economy, and he did. He lost his job because everybody thought he was mentally insane, which made room for some 17 year old kid who didn't care about anything to take his job, therefore, the unemployment rate went down by 1%. Thank you, Mr. Old pedo man.

Huh? Where was that said in this topic. Obviously it was deleted. (even though it's quoted twice >_> )

He's implying that somehow Lena used Hammerne on Hauteclere without anyone knowing, which is on-topic, to say the least.
Dat Nick
I was actually wondering if the game would keep track of the uses in C7. Guess not. I learned something.

There's a problem. You find Lena in Chapter 3, and her Hammerne staff is located in Chapter 22. So that won't explain it. You also don't see Minerva until Chapter 7, so the explanation of Lena having a secret Hammerne on her won't work either.

Quintessence
Well I suppose, the game tells us:"you mustn't attack Minerva on C7". I guess, the option is to kill her with only one shot or ignore her. :D :D
