Instead of 30% combined STR growth, he now has a 35% base STR growths. As a Myrm he has 45%. As a Cav, 50%. Sexy. ... Actually, he was massivly gimped in FESD. Navarre used to have 50% STR growths in FE1/3. Marcus, Sain and Kent covers my Paladin needs in FE7, pretty much, so Lowen really doesn't get used much beyond the first few chapters. Ogma?
