The big difference is that 2011's numbers are consistent whereas 2008-2009 had some really ridiculous days liiiike February 20th 2009 - 6580 posts, 64 threads February 19th 2009 - 6158 posts, 74 threads 2008 yearly posts: 282305 2009 yearly posts: 483440 2010 yearly posts: 630882 2011 yearly posts: 290683 There are 113 days left in the year, so projected 2011 stats areee 2011 yearly posts: 426283 That's really not as bad as I expected. Just some random information for anyone who wants some kind of gauge on FE's waning popularity :o. How active Serenes is is a fairly good judge of that. Of course, back in 2008 - 2009 other forums were still at least somewhat active, now everyone but us is basically dead or really inactive. I suppose in a way, it's actually kind of sad for such a large franchise as Fire Emblem to have such a small community. Hell, pokemon and whatever is huge, and we've got like only 3000 members. I think things like Serebii has over 200,000. Does anyone know of any large Fire Emblem communities in Japanese or something, with forums like us?
