(my basement is actually very warm, and my brother never goes there which is another plus) Nonetheless, it's still the case that a laptop (or heck, even a desktop) is far better than using something like a phone (or something that is the size of a phone). I honestly am not sure if I could even work a phone touch screen simply because I have fat fingers that may end up pressing the wrong buttons all the time. Mind you, I've never tried, but I have no need to ever get on the internet that urgently.
