Admiral "Bull" Halsey Posted June 15, 2008 Share Posted June 15, 2008 I did some calculations for him in battle. 73 avoid, 29 effective defense, 20 effective resistance, 40 attack, 11 critical, 108 accuracy hit, HP regeneration from throne of 10%, this guy rocks. They appear in a high quantity each turn to try to kill you, and in which case they won't because they just aren't good enough, despite it being hard mode.
