If you want it to survive or get started, I suggest you start now. Plus your character has no information besides he's big and Scottish. That's it. By naming it the Quest for Nothing, you obliterate the expectations for coherency and sense-- after all, how can one quest for nothing? Maybe it's purposefully confusing, as the very concept of a quest for nothing is in actuality a quest for something (that something being "nothing"). In seeking of clarification from the author, we as readers, quite unsurprisingly receive "nothing" as the answer. Therein lies the rub-- what can you expect from nothing? It is not what you expect from nothing that matters, then, but rather, what comes from "nothing". Anything can come from nothing, and that is were the beauty of this RP lies.
