Parrhesia Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 5. Never pronounce "Gaiden" as /geɪ/dɛn/. It's pronounced /gaɪ/dɛn/ or, if you're really picky, /ga/i/de/n/. It's like the select few morons that pronounce "Raiden" as /reɪ/dɛn/. Oddly enough, I say guyden, but I also say reiden. It's...strange. Charpig Posted August 3, 2010 Share Posted August 3, 2010 For me, it's Guyden and Rayden. I'm pretty sure that in the MK movie they pronounced it as Rayden, it was a long time ago, though.
