FragMaster
Roy (the lord from FE6 or Fire Emblem: Sword of Seals) cannot be found in Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. It might be unused data (why, I don't know), but technically, Roy doesn't exist. He's not a very good Lord, anyways. so what can i replace?? CT075
Replace something that appears in FE8. That, or repoint something to that "Roy" that you replaced.

FragMaster
yes, PNG isn't exactly an obscure format you know. okay i have it. now how does it work?
Iced
okay i have it. now how does it work? oh my god...... open your image, use the eye dropper tool to set whatever color you want to change to the secondary color, then set what you want to change it to to the Primary color. then use the recolor tool to sweep over and change the color (remember to set tolerance to %0 otherwise it will also change similar colors) I'm not %100 sure if the primary and secondary is correct, just swap around if need be. CT075
Go to MS Paint. Get the Eyedropper tool. Left-click the color you want to replace. Right click the color you want to replace it with. Hold down the Right mouse button and swirl it around.

AstraLunaSol
If it fills 1 bar exactly, it's 16 colors. Also, every frame has to be consistent.
FragMaster
If it fills 1 bar exactly, it's 16 colors. Also, every frame has to be consistent. so i have to make every color exactly the same? for every frame?
