Last I heard, they can activate together, but Astra can't activate on the extra hit you get from Adept. So, you could get: Astra and Adept Attack Astra and Adept Attack Astra and Adept Attack Astra and Adept Attack Something like a .004096% chance of that happening with a max skl/spd trueblade, though.
